Who is responsible and how to contact us
GTA 6 PC is responsible for the website's editorial service and the data handling described here. Contact contact@gta6pc.site for privacy questions or to exercise an applicable right. Requests are assessed under the law that applies to the handling and the requester.
Information used to deliver the site
When a browser requests a page, the hosting and network services process information needed to deliver and protect it, such as an IP address, request time, requested resource, browser information and technical response details. Cloudflare provides hosting and related delivery and security services. Technical records may be used to maintain availability, investigate failures and protect the service.
Cloudflare may also provide aggregate audience measurement through its automatic service. That service is distinct from Google analytics and its preference setting. Information is handled according to the provider's applicable terms and safeguards. A preference for Google analytics does not itself change a separate Cloudflare service.
Local calculations and search
The storage and upgrade tools process your figures and comparison notes in the page. Copying places the current scenario on your clipboard, and downloading creates a file on your device. The tools do not save a component inventory or send calculation fields to our server.
Search uses a local index of this site. Its search function does not send the search term as an analytics event. Scenario figures and comparison notes are not analytics event data.
Audience analytics and preferences
Where configured, Google analytics helps us understand aggregate use of this website and improve navigation and content. The statistical configuration restricts advertising personalisation and avoids sending query strings, URL fragments, calculation inputs or cross-site identifiers supplied by us. General information can include page paths, device/browser characteristics, approximate location and visit interactions.
For visitors identified in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom or Switzerland, the Google measurement starts after an affirmative choice. Other identified countries use the statistical setting with an accessible option to refuse. For Brazil, the restricted audience-statistics purpose is assessed through legitimate interest, with information and opposition. If the country cannot be identified, Google measurement waits for a positive choice through the preference control. A saved refusal is respected across regions.
You can use the analytics preference control in the footer when measurement is configured, and change the choice there. Closing a notice or scrolling is not permission. The preference is stored locally so the website can honour it. Browser controls can also remove stored information; removing a preference means the site must determine the appropriate starting state again.
Messages you choose to send
When you contact us by email, the message, address and relevant correspondence are processed to answer the request, examine a correction, deal with rights or handle another stated purpose. Keep your message focused on that purpose. Your email service and the services handling delivery process correspondence under their own arrangements.
We use information as necessary for the relevant request, service, security or legal obligation. Retention depends on purpose, operational need and applicable duties rather than a single fixed period for all records. Downloaded scenario files remain under your control on your device.
Advertising, links and commercial services
Advertising, affiliate programmes, sponsored material or commercial offers may involve additional providers and data handling when applicable. A link can transfer you to a third-party website that applies its own privacy policy. An affiliate destination may include information used to attribute a referral. Required disclosures and applicable choices accompany the relevant activity.
If a product, marketplace, payment or delivery service processes a transaction, its necessary information and providers are identified in the relevant terms and interface. Payment, account or order details should be supplied only to the service that actually requests them for that purpose. Activating a new handling practice that requires information or a choice is accompanied by the corresponding policy and controls.
Providers and international processing
Google, Cloudflare and communication or commercial providers may process information in countries other than your own. Applicable provider contracts, security measures and transfer mechanisms govern that processing where required. We use relevant information for delivery, statistical improvement, requests, security and legal obligations, rather than treating every provider interaction as the same purpose.
Your rights and choices
Depending on the applicable law, you may have rights to access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent. Contact us with enough information to identify the relevant request and handling. We may need proportionate information to verify a request and protect another person's data. You may also contact the competent data-protection authority where a law provides that right.
Withdrawal applies to consent-based handling prospectively; it does not make earlier lawful handling unlawful. An opposition or deletion request is assessed alongside applicable obligations and legitimate purposes. Your browser lets you inspect and remove stored website preferences independently of an email request.
Audience, security and changes
This publication serves PC gaming readers. The local tools use storage and cost figures. Do not use the contact channel to send unnecessary personal information. If a specific handling issue involving a child is identified, we address the actual information and applicable requirements.
We use reasonable technical and operational safeguards for the service and relevant records. No website or device can guarantee absolute security. Changes to data purposes, providers or necessary choices are reflected in this policy and the relevant interface. Material changes receive an updated effective date.
